It happened to me on four different occasions...and this is making me suggest that breaking down that set into four parts as follows would end this problem:

1) 390108 to 390604 (Gulf Screen Guild run)
2) 390924 to 420419 (Gulf Screen Theater run)
3) 421019 to 470623 (Lady Ester Screen Guild Theater run)
(This one will be about 1.4GB if every file was at 32kbps)
4) 471006 to 510412 (Camel Screen Guild Theater run)

An alternative idea that has always worked for me is to FTP your download. An FTP program like "Filezilla" doesn't care how large the download is, I've had as much as 20gb of files loaded into the que for download.
